Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, EUC Support, or Deployment Support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and endpoint support.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations.
  • Experience providing support in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SCCM.
  • Knowledge of device deployment, imaging, and workstation setup.
