Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Desktop Support Engineer II to join our team. This role involves providing technical support, reviewing applications, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates in the EST time zone.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough technical and user experience reviews of apps submitted for inclusion in the Marketplace.
  • Provide regular feedback to product teams about existing and upcoming features.
  • Collaborate with developers and partners to improve the quality and performance of their apps.
  • Build a deep understanding of the apps in the Marketplace and identify high-performing apps.
  • Work cross-functionally with Platform and Customer Experience teams to support external partners.
  • Perform regular audits of the Marketplace to ensure compliance and quality.

Qualifications:
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience in customer or developer support, or a similar role.
  • Strong and confident writing skills, especially in a technical support setting.
  • Technical proficiency and understanding of web services and standard API patterns.
  • Familiarity with popular SaaS tools such as Asana, Linear, Jira, and GitHub.
  • Curiosity, proactivity, and the ability to suggest improvements and alternatives.
  • Excellent time management skills to balance reviews and project work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to document and share knowledge and processes with others.
