Job description

Job Title

5-7 years of advanced software application packaging knowledge including application virtualization technology

5-7 years of progressive technical experience in engineering, integration and support of Desktop technologies including Hardware, Software, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM and DNS in a large enterprise environment

Advanced knowledge of packaging using Flexera Admin Studio

Advanced knowledge of Desktop Imaging, User Personalization, software architecture and network design principles

Advanced knowledge of Desktop and Application Virtualization technologies such as VMWare Workstation, VM Ware View, Lab Manager, Citrix Provisioning Server and VMware ThinApp or other similar tools and technologies

Proficient in technical troubleshooting, including Tier 3 support and root cause analysis of end user environment

Ability to understand and relate product technology, strategy and direction with business needs

Polished organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Excellent oral/written communication and listening skills; exceptional interpersonal skills including teamwork and negotiation

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work experience
