Position Details:

Title: Help Desk Support

Duration: 6 month (may extend)

Location: Columbia Heights, MN


Responsibilites:

Perform diagnostics on PC hardware failures and resolve any problems with software applications

Work closely with Helpdesk Support Technicians on support of our remote employees

Assist in inventory of our hardware supplies

Service and ship any sales laptops sent in for repair, maintenance or upgrade according to EUS standards

Maintain service levels while minimizing end user downtime with prompt response and turnaround
