Position Description: 
The Level 1 Building Technology Support Paraprofessional provides essential technical support for building-level technology, collaborating with the District Technology Department. Key responsibilities include hardware maintenance, staff support, and ensuring the smooth operation of classroom technologies.

Qualifications: 

  • H.S diploma or GED
  • 2 years of technology experience providing end-user hardware and software support
  • Excellent customer service, technology support, and communication experience
  • Detail-oriented individual
