Job description

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Front Desk Assistant to join our team! This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping keep an office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional first impression
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks
  • Organize, scan, and file documents
  • Help maintain accurate records and paperwork
  • Assist staff with day-to-day office needs
  • Maintain an organized and professional front desk and reception area
  • Complete other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office programs
