Recognized by the Star Tribune as a Top Workplace, we’ve built our reputation on a strong culture, a long-term view, and a relentless focus on impact.
THE OPPORTUNITY

Through outbound calls, emails, and social selling, you’ll generate qualified opportunities and partner closely with our sales team to advance them.
Kipsu provides hoteliers with a new way to engage guests through real-time digital channels—enabling them to intercept feedback, elevate service, and build lasting human connections. As an SDR, you’ll play a critical role in sharing this story with the market and opening the door to relationships that transform the guest experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Prospect and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Generate high-quality opportunities and set meetings for the sales team.
  • Research accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach.
  • Consistently hit—and exceed—monthly activity and opportunity targets.
  • Clearly communicate Kipsu’s value and core capabilities at a high level.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging.
  • Stay curious: keep learning about hospitality trends, competitors, and best practices.
  • Jump in to support projects outside your lane when needed—we win as one team.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • 1+ years in sales, customer service, or a related role (SaaS, tech, or property management experience is a plus).
  • High-energy and professional—you thrive in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilient and persistent—comfortable handling rejection and keeping momentum.
  • Motivated to grow a career in sales, with a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Naturally curious and eager to go deep on an industry or topic.
  • Adaptable—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) a plus.
  • Kipsu’s Core Values resonates with you and aligns with your personal values
WHAT MAKES KIPSU DIFFERENT
  • Startup spirit, stable foundation. We’ve bootstrapped from the beginning, building for the long-term while keeping the grit and creativity of our founding days.
  • Culture of interdependence. We succeed—and learn—together. Every person’s work matters, and we hold each other accountable.
  • Sustained growth. With nearly a decade of consistent expansion, this is an exciting time to join and help write our next chapter.
  • We’re a driven team that values both high performance and genuine camaraderie—collaborating closely, celebrating wins, and enjoying the work we do together.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE
  • Unity. Our core values aren’t slogans—they’re our pact. We believe in each other and push to be our best.
  • Transparency. Leadership shares openly, and we gather weekly to understand the business together.
  • Trust. Team members are empowered to excel and supported to grow.
  • Mentorship. We learn from one another every day, across teams and roles.
  • Respect. We’re building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where every voice matters.
  • Purpose. The impact of your work is visible daily—you’ll see firsthand how your efforts enhance the service experience for millions.
  • We are proud to offer a competitive suite of benefits including: health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401K with a company match, unlimited/responsible vacation time, life insurance, flex spending account, and commuter benefits.
