The Analyst will support business process management of business processes that are critical to the operation of the broader supply chain for the US Network Design team. Responsibilities include using data to optimize customer demand across our end-to-end logistics supply chain, unlocking significant cost reduction, increasing reliability, and improving our customer experience as we continue to scale. The Analyst will be tasked with identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities, developing and monitoring the right metrics, and contributing to strategic projects while interacting with cross-functional partners.
You will...
  • Develop, improve, and maintain tools to support logistics network processes, serving as the owner for specific processes and own necessary database improvements that support decision making across key metrics
  • Be the subject matter expert in all aspects of HelloFresh's distribution & shipping network
  • Measure the performance of the network processes through developing, tracking, and reporting on KPIs
  • Support the development and optimization of processes to grow and scale the logistics network improving cost, quality, and scalability
  • Prepare project plans, status and performance updates, continuous improvement opportunity evaluations, and other types of presentation materials, for various audiences

  • 1-2 years of experience delivering analytical solutions to complex problems; executing processes and/or managing tools that drive/enable business activities required
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills - able to gather, organize, analyze, visualize, and present data to enable decision-making
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications such as Excel and Google Sheets, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formula development
  • Fluency in SQL demonstrating the ability to adapt existing queries and develop new ones
  • Basic understanding of Python and data visualization software (e.g. Tableau), with significant interest in further developing these skills
  • Experience in project management and supply chain operations preferred
