Roles & Responsibilities
Description: Process Design is accountable for documenting workflows, managing the accuracy, relevance and adherence of the PC Lifecycle process and Service Transition portfolio. They are also accountable for the process design performance and are responsible for sustaining the gain and identifying future improvement opportunities in the process. Establishes process control objectives to ensure they are met and enterprise standards are leveraged.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Focus on process design improvement, including cost and time reductions to make the PC Lifecycle more efficient
โ€ข Creates near and long-term process roadmaps aligned to Service Transition
โ€ข Acts as liaison between enterprise, Employee Experience Technology and Service Transition specific operational processes
โ€ข Identification of process management service levels and goals and adherence to those goals
โ€ข Management of current state process portfolio, including library development and template/standards creation
โ€ข Establish process control plans for PC Lifecycle Process
โ€ข Benchmarks process and ensure alignment to Enterprise Classification Process Framework (ECPF)
โ€ข Develop routines for documentation enhancements and review frequency
โ€ข Manage service delivery of processes that are used to run operational activities
โ€ข Good written, presentation and verbal communication skills
โ€ข Ensures organizational adherence to the tools and process
