Job Description
Mission Technologies' Cyber & Intelligence team is seeking multiple Readiness Analysts at the Junior and Journeyman levels to support an upcoming, highimpact mission at Fort Meade. 
 
This role is part of a pending contract proposal. We are actively interviewing to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of a successful award.
 
Mission Assurance 1 - $78,000 - $95,000
Mission Assurance 2 - $91,000 - $115,000
Mission Assurance 3 - $110,000 - $129,000
 
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Conducts assessments to identify gaps in capabilities, resources, personnel, and processes affecting readiness.
  • Collects and analyzes operational preparedness data; produces reports and dashboards to communicate readiness status.
  • Coordinates readiness initiatives and develops improvement plans to address identified deficiencies.
  • Performs risk management by identifying threats to operational readiness and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensures compliance with standards and regulations; maintains essential documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
Mission Assurance 1 - 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience. 
Mission Assurance 2 - 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience. 
Mission Assurance 3 - 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. 

 Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration

Preferred Requirements
Previous experience in conducting Intelligence Community Operational Readiness Exercises, with proven field operations experience, technical operational training, and relevant operational certifications.
