We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse & Office Assistant to join our team in a hybrid role supporting both warehouse operations and day-to-day office functions.

This is a hands-on position that requires someone who is comfortable balancing physical warehouse responsibilities with administrative and computer-based office tasks.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with warehouse duties, including staging and preparing customers’ orders
  • Assist with local deliveries as needed
  • Manage and process customer orders
  • Handle intercompany transactions
  • Prepare and process invoices
  • Perform general office and administrative functions
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure orders and transactions are processed efficiently
  • Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record
  • Proficiency with computers and standard office software (NetSuite knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior warehouse and/or office experience preferred
