Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant

Industry: Administrative / Executive Support / Office Operations

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Assignment Type: Contract (3–5 months)

Pay: $25–$30/hour (commensurate with experience)

Work Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday

Job Description:

The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership and internal teams. This hybrid contract role (3–5 months) involves managing calendars, coordinating travel, supporting invoice tracking, and organizing internal meetings and events.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars for senior leadership, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and prioritization.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members across various functions.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare related logistics.
  • Process and track company invoices, maintaining accurate internal spreadsheets.
  • Monitor invoice status updates and support the broader team in financial administration.
