Job description

Executive Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities and Duties: 

The Senior Executive Assistant will perform multiple functions in a highly visible position.

  • Provide executive administrative support and generally accepted office support activities such as front desk telephone and visitor presence, document creation and management, coordination of position papers and memoranda and general office equipment and supply support.
  • Calendar support for GS-15s and above is a key component.
  • Uses word processing application programs to produce reports, briefings, and graphical enhancements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree - Preferred
  • Must possess a DOD Secret Security clearance
  • Minimum of Five (5) years' relevant experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with DoD (Department of Defense) or equivalent is a must
  • Experience in executive level administrative support or supporting senior management officials at the flag/General Officer/Senior Executive/GS-15 or O-6 level
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude and be flexible regarding assignments and taskings.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
