Dental Practice Coordinator - Appleton, WI
Full-Time | $23-$25/hr | Growth + Great Team Culture

We're a well-established general dental practice in Appleton, WI looking for a Dental Practice Coordinator to join our team and help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
We combine modern technology, a supportive team, and a fun, patient-first approach to create healthy, confident smiles-and we're looking for someone who shares that energy.
Schedule:
  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate and manage patient scheduling to keep the day running smoothly
  • Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
  • Verify insurance and submit claims
  • Present treatment plans and financial options to patients
  • Communicate with insurance companies regarding approvals and benefits
  • Collect and post payments, balance daily deposits
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to prioritize patient care

What We're Looking For:
  • 1-4 years of dental front office experience
  • Dental billing experience required
  • Familiarity with dental software (EagleSoft or Open Dental preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a busy environment
  • Team player with a positive, patient-focused attitude
