Position Overview:

As a Dental Practice Manager, you’ll work directly under the Director of Dental Operations to ensure smooth, effective operations across multiple practices. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, administrative management, staff leadership, and fostering a patient-focused environment that aligns with BDG’s “Lifetime Dental Care” philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Building: Inspire and mentor your team, ensuring staff engagement, excellent patient care, and smooth daily operations.
  • Practice Management: Support office operations with a focus on safety, quality care, and patient satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvement and growth in all assigned offices.
  • Human Resources: Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance reviews, and maintain an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
  • Patient Relations: Resolve patient concerns and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of multi-dental practice management or 5+ years of single practice management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Dentrix Enterprise (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and offices with a high degree of professionalism.
