PA Senate Democratic Campaign Committee Campaign Manager

The Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Campaign Committee (PA SDCC) seeks experienced and motivated applicants to serve as Campaign Managers for the 2026 election cycle. The PA SDCC is the campaign arm of the Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Caucus, dedicated to electing Democrats to the Pennsylvania State Senate.

These are full-time, cycle-based positions with benefits, based in key districts across the Commonwealth. Candidates must be willing to relocate to their assigned district upon acceptance of a Job offer.

Essential Job Functions
  • Lead the day-to-day management of a targeted State Senate campaign.

  • Oversee the development and execution of paid communications plans, including digital, mail, and television advertising.

  • Manage relationships with media consultants and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of paid media programs.

  • Coordinate message consistency between paid and earned media, field operations, and campaign communications.

  • Supervise and hire campaign staff, including field and finance personnel, in coordination with statewide leadership.

  • Work closely with the Senate Campaigns & Communications teams to develop and implement comprehensive campaign plans.

  • Ensure campaigns meet strategic objectives, including voter contact, fundraising, and communications benchmarks.

  • Maintain accurate data and reporting for campaign metrics, including paid media performance and spending.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • At least 2–3 campaign cycles of experience, including direct involvement with paid communications or campaign management.

  • Demonstrated experience in campaign media planning, vendor coordination, and message development.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Empathetic leadership style that balances accountability with staff well-being.

  • Proficiency with campaign tools such as NGP, Votebuilder, and digital ad platforms.

  • Willingness to work long and irregular hours as campaigns demand.

  • Access to reliable transportation and willingness to relocate within Pennsylvania.

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience managing paid media budgets or working with media buying firms.

  • Familiarity with state-level campaign finance compliance and reporting.

  • Experience with Coordinated Campaigns.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $6,000–$7,000 per month, commensurate with experience.

  • Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Campaign Managers will report directly to Statewide Leadership.

Start Date: Rolling, with earliest starts in March 2026

End Date: November 15, 2026, unless otherwise specified
