  ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
You will play a key role in driving pipeline growth and customer acquisition across our B2B brands. As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will execute and optimise multichannel digital campaigns that directly impact business growth. Working closely with brand, sales, and digital teams, you will help bring global strategies to life locally while leveraging data to continuously improve results. This is an exciting opportunity to influence campaign performance and contribute to strategic growth outcomes.
 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own website updates through our CMS, bringing campaigns and content to life while ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Help grow our organic presence by supporting SEO and AEO initiatives, making our content easier to find across both traditional and AI-powered search
  • Turn website data into action using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), uncovering insights that improve user experience, campaign performance, and conversions
  • Partner with brand, content, paid media, and lifecycle teams to deliver cohesive full-funnel campaigns that
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, social media, email, SEO, and website channels
  • Manage day-to-day campaign workflows, including asset coordination, QA, testing, and reporting
  • Monitor and optimise paid channel performance in collaboration with brand and paid media teams
  • Partner with automation and CRM specialists to build and optimise nurture flows and triggered campaigns
  • Track and report on campaign performance, including MQLs, CTR, conversions, and lead quality
  • Support attribution analysis and align reporting with marketing and sales stakeholders
  • Contribute to SEO strategy implementation and content planning
  • Coordinate organic social content in alignment with campaign and paid media goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, content, sales, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment
  • Assist with campaign planning, postcampaign analysis, and optimisation strategies
  • Share best practices, campaign toolkits, and performance benchmarks across teams and markets
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, performance media, or demand generation in a B2B environment
  • Strong familiarity with paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, programmatic), email automation tools, and reporting platforms
  • Experience working in cross-functional or global teams
  • Understanding of digital campaign KPIs and attribution models
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
