Work You'll Do

As a Project - Senior Consultant, Forensics and Investigations, on the project, you will:

  • Assist with aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing amongst analysts and organizations to enhance analytics production and efficiency. 
  • Utilize centralized and peripheral database/content management/records management systems and shaping workflow/processes, compile reports on performance/usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities, including but not limited to, search, discovery, storage, and retrieval of data and formal productions and taskings. 
  • Assist in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for supporting operations. Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.
  • Develop approaches to problems for which data is incomplete, controversial, or for which no precedent exists. Support efforts in developing solutions to extract data from various sources, normalize data (deal with imperfections to include missing values and inconsistent formatting), analyze data (develop means to recognize correlations) and visualize data (effective ways for communicating information).
  • Develop or recommend automated approaches that save analysts time and effort and assist in the discovery of capabilities and datasets of benefit to the client. 
  • Participate in and develop informal training for on-the-job/peer-to-peer, round table discussions or brown bags sessions specifically addressing new capabilities identified and knowledge management best practices.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries and troubleshoot technical issues with SharePoint users while maintaining proper access controls.

The Project Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project-focused professionals.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in knowledge management or program management in a government setting
  • Active Top Secret security clearance required
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred: 

  • Prior experience supporting federal law enforcement programs.
  • Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint environments

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
