Job description

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work You'll Do
  • Designing and delivering training on knowledge management practices, tools, and processes for multiple user groups
  • Providing SharePoint administration support, including site creation, permission management, content organization, and user support
  • Developing instructional materials, user guides, and documentation to support knowledge sharing and system adoption
  • Leading change management activities to increase adoption of knowledge management tools, processes, and SharePoint capabilities
  • Assessing current practices, troubleshooting issues, gathering stakeholder feedback, and recommending process and tool improvements

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in knowledge management, SharePoint administration, and training delivery
  • Experience developing instructional materials, user guides, and end-user documentation
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting defense-related programs
  • Experience leading change management initiatives for technology or process adoption
  • Experience designing and delivering training for multiple user groups and skill levels
  • Experience evaluating training effectiveness and updating materials based on feedback
