A Dell Sales Engineer is a technical professional who works closely with Dell’s sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise during the sales process. They assess a client’s IT environment, recommend suitable Dell solutions, and help design systems that meet customer requirements. Sales Engineers often conduct product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
