Manager, Value Delivery & Execution
Hybrid, 3 days in office, Mequon, WI
Position Purpose / Mission
In this highly visible leadership role, you will shape how our organization delivers value across the enterprise. You will lead the strategy, structure, and execution of value delivery, project management, and program governance-ensuring that the work we do is predictable, aligned to business outcomes, and consistently delivers measurable impact.
You'll oversee a team of project managers, program managers, and delivery leads, empowering them to execute with excellence while driving continuous improvement in our delivery frameworks. With broad decision-making autonomy, you'll champion the processes, tools, and governance that keep our most important initiatives on track and delivering results.
This is a role for a strategic thinker, a builder, and a leader who thrives in environments where structure, influence, and collaboration come together to move the business forward.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 7+ years leading and executing complex business and technology projects with minimal supervision.
  • 5+ years leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing delivery, program, or PMO teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategies that tie directly to business value and strategic priorities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs in both Agile and traditional delivery environments.
  • Strong background in PMO recovery, risk management, and value measurement.
  • Extensive experience developing and reporting KPIs and performance metrics for executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and qualitative assessment skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and gain alignment across stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working effectively both independently and in collaborative, matrixed environments.
  • Skilled at coaching and mentoring others.
  • Proficient with project management tools such as MS Project or Jira.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or related advanced degree.
  • 9+ years leading complex business and technology programs.
  • 7+ years leading and developing PMO, value delivery, or program execution teams.
  • 5+ years of PMO or value delivery leadership in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a matrix organization across centers of excellence, BRMs, and portfolio management teams.
  • Project, Program, or Value Delivery Management certification.
Major Accountabilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers, program managers, and value delivery leaders.
  • Manage enterprise projects and programs with significant autonomy-prioritizing resources and aligning delivery to business outcomes.
  • Build, maintain, and execute disciplined frameworks, governance processes, and delivery methodologies.
  • Maintain visibility into scope, schedule, cost, risk, and dependencies across all initiatives and communicate findings to executive leadership.
  • Develop and report KPIs that measure performance, risk posture, and delivery health.
  • Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and adherence to scope, cost, time, and quality expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery methods, tools, and processes.
  • Lead delivery assurance and execution health processes for PMO and Value Delivery functions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with IT Centers of Excellence to align resources and capacity.
  • Coach teams on how to present complex program updates to senior leaders and steering committees.
  • Monitor delivery metrics and audit adherence to standards and governance.
  • Conduct project postmortems, lead recovery activities, and embed lessons learned.
  • Champion adherence to Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management System requirements.
