We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Manager with 15-18+ years of IT experience and strong program/delivery leadership. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals, client expectations, and regulatory standards-especially within BFSI environments.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Ownership
Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs across multiple applications/workstreams
Plan and track milestones, schedules, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
Ensure delivery meets SOWs, SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks
Stakeholder & Client Management
Act as primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
Provide regular status updates, executive reporting, and escalation handling
Build strong relationships across business, product, and engineering teams
Team & Vendor Management
Manage distributed (onshore/offshore) teams
Drive productivity, utilization, and performance
Oversee vendor/partner governance and performance reviews
Agile & Delivery Execution
Drive Agile/SAFe/Hybrid delivery models
Lead sprint planning, release planning, and execution tracking
Ensure best practices across SDLC, DevOps, and QA
