Delco Trailers is a fast-growing trailer manufacturer based in Lamar County, hiring skilled tradespeople and professionals across welding, engineering, logistics, sales, accounting, and more.

Drive revenue and build dealer relationships for one of the fastest-growing trailer manufacturers in America. Our Sales team operates across a 183+ dealer network and needs people who know how to earn trust and close business.

Recruit, develop, and retain the workforce behind Delco’s production. Our HR team is responsible for the people operations that keep a 500+ employee manufacturing company running at full capacity.

Coordinate inventory flow, outbound trailer shipments, and order fulfillment across our Paris, Texas facility. Precision, speed, and accountability are non-negotiable in this role.

Structural fabrication and assembly on Delco’s full trailer lineup. Our Welding team operates to tight tolerances on production schedules that don’t have room for shortcuts. Experienced welders only need apply.

Execute strategy across digital, print, trade show, and dealer-facing content for a manufacturer with national reach. Our Marketing team owns the brand - from campaign to collateral to conversion.

Inspect, test, and validate every trailer against Delco’s production standards before it leaves the facility. Our QA team is the last line of defense on product quality - and we treat it that way.

Manage financial operations for a multi-brand manufacturing company with national distribution. Reporting, analysis, payroll, and cost management - our Accounting team keeps Delco operationally sound.

Design and develop trailer specifications, structural systems, and production innovations. Our Engineering team works directly with manufacturing to bring new configurations from concept to production floor.

Maintain and develop the technology infrastructure across Delco’s 583,000 sq ft facility and corporate operations. Network, systems, and software support for a company running at full production capacity.

Fabrication, assembly, and finishing on the production floor. This is where Delco trailers are built - by hand, to spec, every day. If you work hard and take pride in what you build, this is your department.

Keep a 583,000 sq ft manufacturing facility operational. Equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and facilities management for a production environment that runs five days a week.

Translate engineering concepts into precise technical drawings for Delco’s full trailer lineup. This role supports production and engineering with accurate CAD documentation that keeps fabrication moving without error.

Transform manufacturing and business data into accurate, actionable information that supports operational and strategic decision making. This role works closely with materials and costing to improve understanding of data for operations management.

Translate the CEO’s current priorities, ideas, and directives into organized action. This role works closely with the CEO to move important projects forward, coordinate with people and resources, solve problems, and maintain follow-through.
