Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Revenue and Deduction Specialist to work on-site with our client, a top-tier consumer packaged goods company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities:
Ensures accurate, timely, and efficient deduction management by providing strategic direction, performance oversight, and process stewardship. Acting as the primary liaison between Clorox’s internal Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) stakeholders and the MSP, the Revenue and Deduction Specialist ensures service levels are met, issues are escalated appropriately, and continuous improvement opportunities are identified and executed.
MSP Leadership & Governance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Clorox’s deduction operations and the MSP, ensuring seamless translation of business requirements into daily execution
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with the MSP Delivery Lead and delivery teams, meeting regularly to review capabilities, identify gaps, and prioritize improvements
  • Ensure MSP adherence to Clorox goals, policies, and service‑level agreements (SLAs).
  • Review MSP performance dashboards, KPIs, and reports to develop insights and recommend corrective actions.
2. Operational Oversight & Issue Management
  • Oversee alignment of daily, weekly, and monthly deduction activities between internal teams and the MSP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Lead escalation management—ensuring issues are surfaced quickly and resolved in partnership with the Order & Deductions Delivery Manager.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards across deduction processing.
3. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
  • Partner with the MSP to evaluate, optimize, and standardize deduction processes to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and minimize cost.
  • Drive automation initiatives and adoption of best practices across the deduction management lifecycle.
  • Identify capability gaps within MSP operations and develop roadmaps to close them.
4. Stakeholder Partnership & Communication
  • Provide regular updates to the Order & Deductions Delivery Manager, ensuring visibility into escalations and operational risks.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Finance, Customer Operations, and Governance teams to ensure timely and accurate deduction resolution.
Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning between internal teams and the MSP
 
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years in deductions management, AR, or OTC operations; experience partnering with or managing MSPs strongly preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of deduction management and the OTC lifecycle.
  • Ability to interpret KPI dashboards, performance reporting, and operational metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • ERP experience (SAP S/4, Fiori), HighRadius, or similar platforms.
