  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data integrity, and business processes, and help translate those opportunities into scalable long-term solutions.
  • Partner with brand and divisional leaders to understand reporting needs, prototype new tools, and improve the effectiveness of existing reports.
  • Support ad hoc reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives as needed, with the ability to flex between day-to-day priorities and broader cross-functional projects.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring solutions align with stakeholder goals.
  • Lead the rollout, training, and adoption of new reporting initiatives, while identifying future process and tool enhancements.
  • Utilize technical and analytical knowledge to audit data, identify process gaps, and implement improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Build and maintain reporting tools and supporting data structures across platforms including Power BI, Snowflake, Excel, and SQL.
  • Independently manage meetings, timelines, and deliverables with a high degree of ownership, organization, and follow-through.
  • Partner with and mentor other analysts across the team to help strengthen analytical capability and support continued team development.
  • Apply foundational knowledge of relational databases and analytical data modeling to connect multiple data sources for reporting and analysis.
  • Leverage existing tools and technologies, including PowerApps and related automation solutions, to support improved workflow and business processes.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2-5 years of analytics experience in retail or a related field, with exposure to inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply chain concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formula building and familiarity with VBA.

  • Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and analytical data modeling.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, ideally Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of reporting development and business process analysis, with the ability to identify opportunities for workflow optimization.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and partnership skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, digestible language for business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in Snowflake or a similar cloud-based data environment.
  • Familiarity with ETL principles and data auditing practices.
  • Experience with R, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Exposure to Microsoft PowerApps and PowerFX.
  • Experience supporting reporting rollouts, user training, or cross-functional tool adoption.
  • Interest in learning new tools and identifying innovative ways to improve reporting, workflow, and business processes.
