Production Supervisor - Future Opportunities (Pipeline Requisition) - All Shifts

What You'll Do:

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to produce high-quality poultry products efficiently while fostering a culture of excellence on the production floor.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily operations - Ensuring production targets are met with the right staffing levels, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Production Practices (GPPs).
  • Maintaining product quality & food safety - Overseeing adherence to quality specifications, food safety regulations, and implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Driving operational performance - Monitoring and improving key production metrics such as BMPH, Cost/lb., PPMH, and A Grade %.
  • Supporting team success - Enforcing safety protocols, overseeing training and certifications, and ensuring accurate timekeeping (Kronos/Oracle HCM).
