Job description

Title: Debone Supervisor
Location: Millsboro, DE
Type: Fulltime
Shift: Night Shift
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Production Leadership-
  • Lead daily production activities to ensure production schedules are met.
  • Ensure adequate staffing and efficient workflow throughout the shift.
  • Maintain compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Quality & Food Safety-
  • Monitor product quality, packaging standards, and production processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, USDA regulations, and food safety requirements.
  • Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Operational Performance-
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including productivity, labor efficiency, cost per pound, and product quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Team Leadership & Administration-
  • Coach, develop, and motivate production associates.
  • Enforce company policies related to safety, attendance, and performance.
  • Manage employee scheduling, timekeeping, and training compliance using workforce management systems.
Qualifications Required:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced, labor-intensive manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in poultry, meat processing, food manufacturing, or similar high-volume production operations.
  • Ability to work in a cold, wet production environment.
