  • Manage the daily operations of the Debone Department.
  • Ensure production goals and yields are met while maintaining product quality.
  • Monitor labor, staffing, and productivity to maximize efficiency.
  • Enforce all USDA, HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following all OSHA and company safety policies.
  • Train, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly employees.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide corrective coaching when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate production reports and department records.
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Investigate and resolve production or employee issues promptly.
  • Ensure employees follow company policies, attendance expectations, and work procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Ability to work in a cold, refrigerated production environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, when necessary.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as business needs require.

The Debone Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Debone Department to ensure production goals, quality standards, food safety requirements, and employee safety expectations are achieved.
