As a Crew Member, you'll play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. From greeting guests to preparing food and resolving customer issues, you'll be an integral part of creating a positive dining experience. If you have a passion for food, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Prepare food according to company standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant dining room, front line, restroom, and kitchen areas.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with team members to meet restaurant goals.
