Skilled Laborer Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, hard-working Skilled Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks ranging from basic construction and maintenance to complex repairs, to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. This position works within a team as well as independently, and must possess the necessary skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks.
Skilled Laborer Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform basic construction, maintenance, and repair work
• Install and repair electrical and plumbing systems
• Follow established safety rules and regulations
• Set up and breakdown of work areas
• Operate power and hand tools
• Load and unload materials
• Perform general clean-up and other assigned duties

Skilled Laborer Requirements and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a skilled laborer or related position
• Knowledge of basic construction and maintenance techniques
• Able to use power and hand tools
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and strength
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
