Senior Back Counter Parts Advisor – Ford Dealership

$80,000 – $120,000 Per Year

Join One of Southern California's Largest Ford Parts Operations

Citrus Motors is looking for an experienced Senior Back Counter Parts Advisor to support our busy Ford Service Department.

This is not a typical back counter position. You'll support one of Southern California's busiest Ford service departments while working alongside a large and growing fleet service operation and one of the region's largest wholesale Ford parts businesses. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different and your knowledge makes a real impact, this is the opportunity for you.

We're looking for someone who is fast, accurate, organized, and thrives in a high-performance environment where customer service and efficiency matter.

Ford Dealership Parts Experience Required

Previous Ford dealership parts experience is required. Candidates without Ford dealership parts experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Assist service advisors and technicians with parts look-up and ordering
  • Accurately identify and source Ford OEM parts
  • Process repair order parts requests quickly and efficiently
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs stay on schedule
  • Monitor special orders and communicate status with the service team
  • Support our growing fleet service operation with timely parts fulfillment
  • Assist with inventory control and stock accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back counter operation
  • Support wholesale and internal parts requests as needed
  • Deliver exceptional service to technicians, advisors, and internal customers

Qualifications

  • Previous Ford dealership parts experience (Required)
  • Strong knowledge of Ford parts catalogs, systems, and OEM parts ordering
  • Previous dealership back counter experience
  • Dealertrack DMS experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
