Job description

The Sales Department Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily dealership operations and ensuring the sales team functions efficiently. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with managers, staff, and partner dealerships.

Responsibilities
  • Assist sales managers with coordinating and processing dealer trades
  • Contact partner dealerships to verify vehicle availability and facilitate inventory exchanges
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales department
  • Prepare and distribute daily and weekly schedules, reports, and operational updates
  • Maintain and update commission spreadsheets with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Track and update internal vehicle inventory and car count sheets
  • Organize department records, paperwork, and reporting systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Support the team with additional operational and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
