As a Solutions Specialist, you'll use your exceptional knowledge of and passion for automotive performance, professionalism, and people skills to create the ultimate customer experience. The Solutions Specialist will support the team with invoicing, reporting, and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions with professionalism and care
  • Provide helpful information about Verus Engineering products, services, and solutions
  • Assist with product troubleshooting and help resolve customer issues or concerns
  • Support shipment processing in the shop as needed
  • Document customer interactions and update CRM records accurately
  • Assist with invoicing, reconciliation, and basic AP/AR support
  • Prepare new-hire onboarding materials, including checklists and ADP links
  • Send templated customer, vendor, or internal communications as needed
  • Enter time logs and support other administrative tasks
  • Continually develop product knowledge to support an evolving line of products and services
Qualifications

Verus is looking for candidates who have high energy, a passion for automotive performance, great communication skills, the ability to work in teams and are coachable, motivated, and customer oriented. A college degree is a plus but not required for this position.
