POSITION SUMMARY

This position is an in-office role and requires to be based near one of our locations as well as being comfortable with 50% travel time: Phoenix, Arizona; Tucker, Georgia; Pearland, Texas; or Dayton, New Jersey.

The Director of AMS Dealer Store Operations is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and operational execution of all AMS retail Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle dealer locations. This position provides direct leadership to General Managers and is accountable for achieving unit sales, gross profit, service revenue, F&I penetration, rental growth, customer experience, consolidated AMS profitability, and all other business metrics.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

โ€ข Lead, coach, and develop AMS General Managers
โ€ข Own consolidated AMS financial key performance indicators
โ€ข Conduct monthly business reviews and corrective action planning
โ€ข Drive sales, margin, F&I, service, rental, and customer satisfaction goals
โ€ข Implement and enforce operating procedures across all AMS locations
โ€ข Improve CRM utilization, response times, and conversion rates
โ€ข Lead recruiting, succession planning, and talent development
โ€ข Drive local influencer relationships and community marketing initiatives
โ€ข Optimize inventory mix, turns, and aged inventory
โ€ข Ensure compliance with AMS & Vantage Mobility company policies and safety standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

โ€ข 10+ years of automotive, mobility, retail, or multi-location leadership experience
โ€ข Strong P&L management experience
โ€ข Proven track record improving operational performance
โ€ข Strong leadership and coaching skills

โ€ขMulti-location retail dealer operations experience


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

โ€ข Automotive dealership leadership experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
