Autos of Chicago is looking for an experienced Automotive Dealership Office Assistant to join our office team.
We are specifically looking for someone who understands dealership office operations and Dealertrack DMS. Automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily dealership accounting and office functions
  • Work within Dealertrack DMS
  • Process and review deal paperwork
  • Assist with billing and posting deals
  • Maintain and organize deal jackets and dealership records
  • Assist with accounts payable and vendor invoices
  • Review paperwork for accuracy and missing documents
  • Assist with titles, payoffs, funding documents, and related paperwork
  • Communicate with Sales, Finance, Service, and management
  • Follow up on outstanding paperwork and ensure items are completed on time
  • Provide general support to the Office Manager and accounting department
Qualifications
  • Dealertrack DMS experience
  • Previous automotive dealership office/accounting experience preferred
  • Understanding of dealership paperwork and deal processing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Good computer and communication skills
  • Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
