Berman Auto Group is growing and looking to add an Dealership Office Manager to the Corporate Office team!
Location: Niles, IL
Salary: $55,000 - $85,000 annually (Based on Experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Dealership Office Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who is comfortable working across all functions of a dealership accounting office and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience in every role within a dealership accounting office and be willing to step in wherever needed to support the team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end close, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities
  • Perform and oversee daily dealership accounting functions
  • Review and reconcile accounting schedules
  • Process and monitor warranty cancellations
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures
  • Provide support across all accounting office functions as business needs require
  • Ensure financial records are accurate and maintained in accordance with company policies
  • Collaborate with management to improve processes and maintain compliance

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership accounting office is required
  • Hands-on experience performing all major dealership accounting office roles
  • Strong understanding of accounting schedules, reconciliations, and warranty cancellation processes
  • Experience preparing or managing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings is highly preferred
  • Experience with Tekion DMS is highly preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed
