Detailer Supervisor Job Description About the Company:Immaculate Dealer Solutions was formed out of a previous company, Crystal Clean, which was a retail, storage, and dealership operation. In 2026, Immaculate Dealer Solutions split off as a dealership focused business that aims to provide the highest quality detailing services to dealerships in the West Michigan and surrounding area. IDS is committed to serving the customer and our people well while working hard and delivering an exceptional service.Role Description:The Detail Supervisor is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and preparing vehicles to meet company and client standards while demonstrating increased independence, reliability, and leadership within the operation. This position requires proficiency in dealership vehicle preparation processes, the ability to maintain workflow expectations, and the capability to assist with daily shop operations. Team members are expected to work in a fast-paced environment, uphold quality standards, and represent Immaculate Dealer Solutions professionally at all times.Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform all duties and responsibilities of the Detailer I, Detailer II, and Lead Detailer positions
  • Maintain the capability to photograph vehicles and complete required recon-related work accurately and efficiently
  • Lead the detailing team by setting expectations, managing daily workflow, and ensuring operational efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with dealership sales staff and personnel to ensure proper vehicle flow and timely completion
  • Delegate work assignments to Lead Detailers and Detailers based on business needs and workload priorities
  • Run daily team huddles and clearly communicate priorities, expectations, and operational updates
  • Coach team members on productivity, detailing standards, quality expectations, and overall performance
  • Perform quality checks and ensure vehicles are completed accurately and on time for dealer delivery
  • Track and maintain operational metrics using company systems, including the Portal, workload tracker, and performance documents
  • Communicate site performance, operational concerns, staffing issues, and customer concerns to the Area Manager
  • Build and maintain professional working relationships with dealership staff and leadership
  • Address minor employee concerns, coach performance issues, and assist with minor conflict resolution professionally and consistently
  • Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, cleaning protocols, and operational standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked work environment
  • Monitor and maintain detailing equipment and tools in proper working condition
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
  • Ability to open and/or close the shop independently while following company procedures
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends as business needs require
  • Safely move and park vehicles on dealership property when authorized
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
