Do you have experience as an Automotive Dealership Finance Manager at a dealership? Are you a strong closer? At Bob Caldwell, we're hiring an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. 

About Our Dealership
Bob Caldwell Automotive, Inc is a 58 year old woman-owned, family-run automotive dealership on the north side of Columbus. The success of our company is dependent upon talented, motivated individuals. The finance manager we are looking for is someone that understands the right way by selling the right products and coverages based upon the customer needs and pre-interview.

Finance Manager Responsibilities

  • Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
  • Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability suitable for the customer's needs.
  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
  • Effectively closes deals.
  • Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
  • Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals.
  • Accurately audit team deals Post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
  • Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Finance Manager Qualifications

  • Previous Finance and Insurance experience, required
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  • Experience working at an automotive dealership
  • Eagerness to improve
  • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
  • Well-versed in title laws and registration process
  • Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
  • Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license
