Job description

The Finance Manager at Auffenberg Dealer Group is a key leadership role responsible for driving the financial success of our dealership located in Shiloh, Illinois. This full-time, management-level position in the automotive industry offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 per year, paid bi-weekly, with additional commission opportunities based on performance. The Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of the dealership’s finance and insurance operations, provide expert guidance to the sales team, and ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all finance and insurance operations, including reviewing and approving customer credit applications, preparing loan and lease contracts, and obtaining all necessary signatures and verifications.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement ethical and effective sales strategies aimed at exceeding dealership targets.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to the sales team on various financing options, aftermarket products, and financial services available to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with finance sources to negotiate competitive rates and secure favorable terms for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to automotive financing and ensure dealership operations remain fully compliant.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, prepare detailed reports for management, and assist in forecasting and budgeting processes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry is required.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive financing, insurance, and lease programs.
