Job description

The Business Diversity Administrator performs tasks related to and in support of the Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) programs as well as all diversity activities in accordance with Federal, State, Local, and Airport Authority laws and regulations.  The Senior Administrator must maintain proficient knowledge of mandatory Federal, State, and local laws and regulations in their area of expertise including but not limited to ACDBE, DBE, Procurement Processes and Small business Administration policies and procedures.  Must have a minimum of 12 years administering the US Departments of Transportation DBE/ACDBE program and a minimum of 7 years working in Business Diversity/ Inclusion programs.
