Job description

DBE Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. We have 6+ years experience as a DSP.Come join a successful team!

Location: DDT6 Amazon station at 1300 Featherstone Road in Pontiac, MI

We are offering Full and Part-Time (weekend only) opportunities.

Rate: $22.25/hr

Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required!

Expect to work 10 hour shifts, 4 days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate your delivery vehicle by driving safely at all times.
  • Use a hand held device and the Amazon Flex app to deliver packages with GPS routing information and customer delivery information.
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery areas; neighborhoods, businesses, apartments, trailer parks and rural locations.
  • Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
  • Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver ALL packages every day and smiles to our customers.
  • Load packages on the route into your vehicle every shift.
  • Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to get in and out of the van up to 200 times per day, navigate driveways and go up and down stairs as needed throughout the shift.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Rate: $22.25/hr
  • Paid Training
  • Paid Overtime Time-and-a-half after 40 hours/week @ $33.37/hr

Basic Requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the U.S
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Pass a Background and Driving Record Check
  • Successfully pass a 4-Panel pre-employment drug screen
