Job Description
Movers/ General Labor- Earn $1,220–$1,720+ per week Join Savard Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! Key requirements: Previous moving, warehouse, labor, or furniture handling experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift 50–100+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding environments. Compensation: Includes $18/hr base pay plus average daily tips of $50–$200. Tip amounts are not guaranteed. Performance Bonus: Employees who maintain a 5.0-star customer rating and meet quality standards are eligible for a monthly bonus of $100–$400, depending on performance. Shifts: Monday-Friday 9AM- 5PM Must be flexible with the shift. Some days the job will end early, and other days it will go late. Duration: Temp to hire
