Position Overview

Paragon Behavioral Health Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our dynamic telehealth team. Work Environment

This is a remote role, providing flexibility and convenience as you conduct therapy sessions via telehealth. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique challenges faced by each patient and tailor personalized treatment approaches accordingly.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to address a range of mental health problems.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to create a sense of community among patients dealing with similar issues.
• Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and clinical staff to develop holistic treatment plans that best meet our patients' diverse needs.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to support patients in acute distress or mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families about their mental health conditions, outlining treatment options and available community resources to promote recovery and resilience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with legal requirements and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic practices and stay informed about the latest developments in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients represent a diverse range of experiences and backgrounds, facing various mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families, adapting your therapeutic techniques to effectively meet their unique needs. This role is crucial in helping patients regain control over their lives and achieve sustainable well-being.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proven experience conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a broad range of populations.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and collaboration with patients and colleagues.
• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• A collaborative spirit, working well within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, allowing for smoother transitions into our remote work environment.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic frameworks and interventions suited to the outpatient mental health setting.
• Prior work in crisis intervention and management, with skills in recognizing and addressing acute psychological distress.

Compensation and Benefits
