Customer Enrollment Specialist โ€” Warm Leads (No Cold Calling)

$70K+ OTE | $46,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Warm leads. No cold calling. Customers already want to buy.

Customers use our partner app to request home services like electricity, internet, TV, and security. Theyโ€™ve already chosen what they want โ€” your job is to confirm the details and finalize the setup. Customers love what we do. Weโ€™ve earned thousands of five-star reviews by making the move-in process simple.

Most specialists are on pace for $70K+ annually within 1โ€“2 months. Top performers earn $100K+ in this role.

If you like staying busy and helping customers complete decisions theyโ€™ve already started, keep reading.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Phone calls with customers who have already submitted service requests through our partner app
  • Confirm their setup details and move-in timeline
  • Make sure the services they selected fit their home and needs
  • Recommend upgrades when they genuinely improve the customerโ€™s setup
  • Finalize the order and pass it to our processing team
  • Keep clean documentation in our CRM

This is a fast-paced, high activity role with steady daily call volume.
