They are responsible for ensuring children's safety, engaging them in educational and play activities, and supporting their social and emotional development. Day care workers may also help with basic needs such as feeding, diapering, and maintaining a clean environment. Their role is vital in supporting working parents by offering a safe and nurturing environment for children during the day.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a day care worker?

To thrive as a Day Care Worker, you need knowledge of child development, basic first aid/CPR certification, and often a high school diploma or early childhood education coursework.
