Job description

Casady School Extended Programs is seeking a kind, compassionate, and organized After School Care Coordinator. In this role, you will supervise, encourage, and engage with both staff and students (grades Pre-K through 8th) in our After School Care program, while also supporting our Primary Division Extended Day Program.

The Ideal Candidate

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Setup & Operations: Prepare daily After School Care spaces, organize storage, stock art supplies and games, and oversee snack setup and light cleaning tasks
  • Team Leadership: Lead After School Care staff, including facilitating faculty/staff childcare on inservice days
  • Student Supervision: Safely pick up students after school and guide them to designated After School Care areas
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Extended Programs Manager with paperwork and special projects
  • Summer Programs: Assist with Casady’s Summer by the Lake program and help prep After School Care operations for the upcoming school year

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Technology: Comfortable using tech tools, including Google Workspace (Email, Spreadsheets) and CampBrain (training provided)
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule & Benefits

  • Type: 12-Month, Full-Time Position
  • School Year Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:15 PM
  • Summer Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
