Primary Care Physician Opportunity with Expanding Healthcare Organization in North Atlanta Suburbs Overview: Expansion: A growing healthcare organization opening new practices across the North Atlanta suburbs. Locations: Current locations: Hampton, McDonough, Jackson, Stockbridge. New openings: Kennesaw (Mar 2024), Ball Ground (Apr 2024), Dawsonville, Woodstock (Aug 2024), Canton (Nov 2024). Patient Demographics: Predominantly commercial insurance plans (70% Commercial and 25-30% Medicare/Medicare Advantage. Minimal self-pay, no Medicaid patients. Practice Type: 100% outpatient with no hospital coverage. Practice Structure: Team Composition: 3 doctors and 3 mid-levels per office, with a total team of 5-9 members. Facilities: 17-24 exam rooms in each office. Support Staff: Two Medical Assistants per provider, plus lab tech, x-ray techs, front desk staff, and an office manager. Patient Volume: Average 18-20 patients per day. Technology: On-site lab with CBC and Urinalysis Machine, plus X-ray facilities. Schedule: No Weekends Hours: Typical workday from 8am-5pm, 8 hours per day. Late Day Option: One late day per week (10am-7pm), excluding Fridays. Patient appointments start at 1pm on late days. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $300k floor with earning potential over $350k+. Additional Bonuses: Ancillary revenue bonuses. Benefits Package: Includes sign-on/relocation bonus, health benefits, paid time off (PTO), continuing medical education (CME), and retirement plan.
