Job description

Established, successful home care company in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Senior Care Advisor (SCA) to become part of our team. Looking for someone who can service the Buckhead, Roswell and Sandy Springs areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Specifically generate client referrals that are candidates for home care.
  2. Meet corporate client census goals.
  3. In partnership with supervisor and company leadership, develop a marketing strategy to meet corporate goals.
  4. Recommend methods for growing the referral base.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with contacts in the community.
  6. Maintain contact with referral sources to ensure all needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  7. Represent company at health fairs, symposiums, marketing events, and other community outreach events as appropriate.
  8. Meet growth objectives through resourceful and focused marketing.
  9. Give weekly report to supervisor regarding the marketing efforts for that week.
  10. Meet with potential clients as requested.
  11. Make PR visits to clients with concerns about services.
  12. Utilize skills and experience to enhance the services offered by FPC.
  13. Attend all scheduled staff meetings.
  14. Word processing and data entry as needed.
  15. Working knowledge of designated computer software
  16. Take new client intakes, including mailing, faxing, or emailing information as requested.
  17. Enters/updates designated computer system(s) with all pertinent information.
  18. Other tasks as required or requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Must be proficient in computer operations and data entry.
  2. A minimum of two (2) years' experience in senior care in the local market preferred; or, five (5) years' experience in sales in lieu of senior care experience
  3. Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  4. Must be able to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communications.
  5. Must be able to function efficiently in a rapid paced work environment.
  6. High school diploma or equivalency required; college degree preferred.
