Responsibilities

  • Field telephone calls
  • Receive and direct visitors
  • Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
  • Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Conduct internet research
  • Place orders for office equipment or business needs
  • Enter data into reports as needed
  • Create email and postal mail campaigns
