ABOUT CCO CERTIFICATION:

CCO Certification (CCO) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO). NCCCO was formed in 1995 as a nonprofit organization with its mission to develop effective performance standards for safe load handling equipment operation to assist all segments of general industry and construction.

POSITION SUMMARY:


Marketing Assistant provides administrative, organizational, and analytical support to the marketing department, helping support the e-commerce store, build and monitor the customer database, assist with document retention efforts, and provide general support to the marketing team. Key duties include updating the CRM and customer database, creating and updating published documents, assisting with e-commerce operations, and providing marketing analytics. This is an entry-level position supporting team efforts to maintain brand consistency and assist with overall marketing initiatives.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Document Support: Create, maintain and publish externally facing handbooks and documents that support the organization.
  • E-Commerce: Assist with maintaining and updating the e-commerce store, including uploading products, updating descriptions and images, inventory, answering questions, and helping monitor online store performance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain CRM and customer databases, manage marketing calendars, assisting stakeholders, organize files and digital assets, and provide general support to the marketing team.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing analytics, promotional initiatives, content creation, updating website content, email marketing efforts, and other projects as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:


  • Education: High School Diploma
  • 2 years in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office Skills
