I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent several years as a State Farm team member and later managed another agent's office. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation in leadership, customer service, and developing a successful team.
Giving back to the community is one of my greatest passions. I'm actively involved with the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce and serve in a leadership role at New Creation Church. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Hailie Mickley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
