Responsibilities:
โ€ข Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
โ€ข Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
โ€ข Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor data performance
โ€ข Use statistical methods to validate and interpret data for business decisions
โ€ข Create clear data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate insights
โ€ข Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
โ€ข Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a meaningful way
โ€ข Document processes, data definitions, and reporting standards
โ€ข Stay current on data tools, technologies, and industry best practices
โ€ข Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
โ€ข 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis
โ€ข Relational database experience
โ€ข Knowledge of reporting/analytical tools
โ€ข Advanced Excel skills
โ€ข Advanced proficiency in data analysis tooling and software (e.g. SQL, dbt, Excel, and Python)
โ€ข Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
โ€ข Thorough knowledge of relational database theory and practice
โ€ข Business & Technology Knowledge: Understands business needs, makes informed decisions, and effectively delivers technology solutions, including related processes and procedures
โ€ข Analytical Skills: Ability to identify an opportunity and / or root cause, apply logical reasoning to analyze the facts, and develop and execute an effective outcome
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services
โ€ข Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
