Job Description:

Conducts research to verify reported data issues. Communicates the problem statement/data issue to internal teams verbally and in writing.

Scopes reported issues to find overall business impact. Makes recommendations to improve data quality and availability.

Uses critical thinking skills to determine root cause and recommend solutions

Utilize tools to analyze, query and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures. Documents business rules and data quality impacts with assistance from affected groups.

Correct all data quality errors, either with system tools or working with programmers.

Prepare reports and track trends.

Analyze data received, compare data record layout to existing format for successful load and client use.

Train, collaborate, and check work of peers in DRR.

Regularly works on issues/problems where analysis of multiple situations or multiple points of data requires a review of a variety of factors.

Responsible for other assigned tasks as business requires

Job Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, issue management, and/or data quality preferred
  • Customer experience focused mentality
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques required.
  • Strong understanding of database structures, data modeling, and data integration concepts required.
  • Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and validation methodologies required.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data manipulation languages required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail required.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences required.

Annual Pay Range:

77,100 - 87,838 USD
